Can I request my own design/colors?
Yes! You can request any project. We will discuss project details, pricing, and then Big Picture will get to work. Once the item is complete, we will send you a photo to approve. Upon approval, the handmade creation is on it's way to you!
Are the coasters waterproof?
The coasters have multiple coats of a waterproof sealer and will be safe to beverages on. That being said, it is not recommended to put the coasters in the dishwasher. To clean, use a damp cloth.
Are prices negotiable?
No, but Big Picture will occasionally run promotions. Keep in mind that your purchases are hand made so you are not only paying for the physical materials but the artist's time and skill set.
